Holga 3 BW

Hi,

I'm another Holga fan. My 'daugther' is 120GCFN. Films used are varying, depending on what may available at that moment. Most convenient one to find around my neighbourhood is Formapan. Yet, I often get bored easily due to its explicitly high contrast.

BTW, it's cheap....!
This means it's good for making experiments you man fancy.

I'm a newbie here, so would gradually represent my works to get to learn this place, little by little :)

In the first place, piles of ceased leaves in different shades made me think colour film may suit the conditions better. However, I loaded my Holga with 120 Formapan 100 BW, so I just pointed and shot. Here is the result.

BW's unique dynamic range gave impressive shades than ever imagined.
























Henrear the Great. This shot was made in an old temple in Bangkok. The stairs you see lead to the presbytery, which aged almost a hundred years.

Actually, there was a little kitten behind the door saddle. BTW, the whole environ didn't provide a good co-operation to the film used.

This pedimeted Thai church, called nah-bun in Thai, is aged more than one hundred years old. From the picture, you can see it was double-pedimented.

I'm not sure whether or not the Western church also has the double-pedimented sort of structure...
